Where I'm Loved - A Mother's Day Concert

Blue Canvas Orchestra music director Ed Willett and his musical and life partner of 37 years Cheryl Leah , invite you to share the afternoon with them this Mother's Day, at Big Top Chautauqua's new venue The Backstage. The pair describe their Mother's Day offering as "songs and stories tracing the arc of motherhood from first loves to last and adventures in between". They go on to say that, "through their own music and the music of some of the songwriters they hold most dear, they plan to spin a musical tale of love, honor and the circle of life, celebrating the women who make this world a place we all want to be in".

Cheryl and Ed have also come up with an audience participation idea to expand the Moms Day celebration to encompass us all. They'd love to receive from each audience member who wants to join in, a picture of the audience member's mom so that it can be added to a digital slideshow that will accompany one or more of the afternoon's songs. They say that the mom shots can come from any part of your moms life, her childhood, the first date with your dad, her wedding, her kids, anything that you think captures her. The Backstage

Big Top's new year-round performance space is located at the Big Top Box Office & Giftshop at the juction of Hwy 13 and County Hwy J at the gateway to Bayfield. • 2% Handling Fee per order, up to a maximum of $8

Ticket holders and attendees are subject the following conditions:

• Attendees grant unrestricted rights & licenses for use of their likeness in any form of public broadcast and production, and for promotional purposes
• Big Top Chautauqua reserves the right to refuse admission or evict anyone from the venue premises due to disorderly behavior without issuing a refund.
• Big Top Chautauqua reserves the right to search all persons, packages, bags, and other items entering venue grounds and/or other properties owned by Lake Superior Big Top Chautauqua. The safety of our guests, volunteers, staff, and artists are top priority.
